I have found a very interesting article on how to mentor students of color, the title of the article is "Tapping the Wisdom Tradition: Essential Elements to Mentoring Students of Color". 

I thought it would be very resourceful for our team. Please go ahead and share your  comments or concerns that you would like to share related to PP missions and objectives . You do not need to read the entire article. I made easy for you-

Hello Everyone,  Thanks for joining in  the last week's discussion.
